Well, obviously if the prize is more than $300 million and the odds are 1-146 million, that means for $146 million worth of tickets I get a statistically guaranteed better than 2-for-1 payback. I can't believe Chase Manhattan isn't buying into this. C'mon lend me $146 million today and I'll give you $250 million in a week! Come on!
I will, however sell my $1 ticket for $2, pre- or post-drawing*.
